Peer Review Policy
Tamiliyal follows a strict double-blind peer review process. Author and reviewer identities are kept confidential from each other throughout evaluation, ensuring unbiased, merit-based review. Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent subject-matter experts before an editorial decision is made.
Duration 4-5 weeks, Special Issue 1-2 weeks

- Open Access Statement: All articles published in Tamiliyal are immediately and permanently free to read, download, and share — with no subscription, registration, or embargo period.
- License: All content is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing anyone to copy, redistribute, and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given.
- Copyright: Authors retain full copyright of their published articles.

மதிப்பாய்வுக் கொள்கை
‘தமிழியல்’ ஆய்விதழ் கடுமையான இரட்டை மறைமுறை வல்லுநர் மதிப்பாய்வு (Double-Blind Peer Review) முறையைப் பின்பற்றுகிறது. மதிப்பாய்வு நடைபெறும் முழுக் காலத்திலும் ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் மதிப்பாய்வாளரின் அடையாளங்கள் இரகசியமாகப் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகின்றன.
ஒவ்வொரு ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரையும் பதிப்பாசிரியர் முடிவிற்கு முன் குறைந்தது இரண்டு சுயாதீனத் துறைசார் வல்லுநர்களால் மதிப்பாய்வு செய்யப்படுகிறது. இதன் மூலம் ஆய்வின் தரம், நம்பகத்தன்மை, அசல் தன்மை மற்றும் கல்வியியல் தகுதி மதிப்பிடப்படுகிறது.
மதிப்பாய்வு காலம்: 4–5 வாரங்கள்
சிறப்பிதழ்: 1–2 வாரங்கள்
