TAMILIYAL is a fully open-access scholarly journal.

All published scholarly articles are made immediately and permanently available online without subscription, registration, paywall or embargo.

Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to and otherwise use the full texts of articles for lawful purposes in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licence.

TAMILIYAL does not restrict access to published scholarly articles through subscription or mandatory registration.

The journal supports the principle that scholarly research should be accessible to the academic community and the wider public.

All articles are published under the licence stated on the individual article and full-text publication.

திறந்த அணுகல் கொள்கை

தமிழியல் முழுமையான திறந்த அணுகல் அறிவியல் ஆய்விதழாகும்.

வெளியிடப்படும் அனைத்து அறிவியல் ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளும் சந்தா, கட்டணத் தடுப்பு, கட்டாயப் பதிவு அல்லது காலதாமதத் தடை இன்றி உடனடியாகவும் நிரந்தரமாகவும் இணையத்தில் இலவசமாகக் கிடைக்கும்.

பொருந்தும் Creative Commons உரிமத்தின் விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு, வாசகர்கள் கட்டுரைகளைப் படிக்கவும், பதிவிறக்கவும், நகலெடுக்கவும், பகிரவும், அச்சிடவும், தேடவும், முழு உரைக்கான இணைப்பை உருவாக்கவும் மற்றும் சட்டபூர்வமான பிற பயன்பாடுகளை மேற்கொள்ளவும் முடியும்.

வெளியிடப்பட்ட அறிவியல் கட்டுரைகளுக்குச் சந்தா அல்லது கட்டாயப் பதிவு மூலம் தமிழியல் அணுகல் தடையை ஏற்படுத்தாது.

அறிவியல் ஆய்வுகள் கல்விச் சமூகத்திற்கும் பரந்த பொதுமக்களுக்கும் அணுகக்கூடியதாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்ற கொள்கையை இதழ் ஆதரிக்கிறது.

ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரைக்கும் பொருந்தும் உரிமம், அந்தக் கட்டுரையின் முழு உரையிலும் கட்டுரை பக்கத்திலும் தெளிவாகக் குறிப்பிடப்படும்.

திறந்த அணுகல் அறிக்கை

தமிழியல் ஒரு திறந்த அணுகல் ஆய்விதழாகும். இதழின் அறிவியல் உள்ளடக்கங்கள் வாசகர்களுக்கும் அவர்களின் நிறுவனங்களுக்கும் இலவசமாகக் கிடைக்கும். பொருந்தும் திறந்த உரிமத்தின் விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு, முன் அனுமதி கோராமல் கட்டுரைகளைப் படிக்கவும், பதிவிறக்கவும், நகலெடுக்கவும், பகிரவும், அச்சிடவும், தேடவும், முழு உரைக்கான இணைப்பை வழங்கவும் மற்றும் சட்டபூர்வமான பிற பயன்பாடுகளை மேற்கொள்ளவும் முடியும்.
