பதிப்புரிமை

வேறுவிதமாகக் குறிப்பிடப்படாத வரை, தமிழியலில் வெளியிடப்படும் கட்டுரைகளின் பதிப்புரிமை கட்டுரையின் ஆசிரியர் / ஆசிரியர்களிடமே இருக்கும்.

கட்டுரையை முதன்முறையாக வெளியிடுவதற்கும், அதனை வெளியிடுதல், மறுஉருவாக்கம் செய்தல், விநியோகித்தல் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களுக்கு இணையவழியாகக் கிடைக்கச் செய்தல் ஆகியவற்றிற்கும் ஆசிரியர்கள் தமிழியலுக்கு பிரத்தியேகமற்ற உரிமையை வழங்குகின்றனர்.

உரிமம்

கட்டுரைகள் பின்வரும் உரிமத்தின் கீழ் வெளியிடப்படுகின்றன:

இந்த உரிமத்தின் கீழ், உரிய ஆசிரியர் அங்கீகாரம் வழங்கப்பட்டு, உரிம விதிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்படும் நிலையில் உள்ளடக்கத்தைப் பகிரவும் மாற்றியமைக்கவும் முடியும்.

பொருந்தும் உரிமம் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரையின் இணையப் பக்கத்திலும் முழு உரை PDF/HTML-லும் தெளிவாகக் குறிப்பிடப்படும்.

மூன்றாம் தரப்பு உள்ளடக்கம்

கட்டுரை ஆசிரியருக்குச் சொந்தமானதல்லாத அல்லது கட்டுரையின் உரிமத்தின் கீழ் வராத படங்கள், அட்டவணைகள், உரைகள் மற்றும் பிற உள்ளடக்கங்கள் தெளிவாக அடையாளப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். தேவையான இடங்களில் உரிய அனுமதியைப் பெறுவது ஆசிரியரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.

ஆசிரியர் சுயக் காப்பகப்படுத்தல்

பொருந்தும் பதிப்புகளை ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்கள் நிறுவன அல்லது பாடப்பிரிவு சார்ந்த காப்பகங்களில் காலதாமதமின்றி வைக்கலாம்; பதிப்புரிமை மற்றும் உரிய ஆசிரியர் அங்கீகார விதிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

இணையதளப் பதிப்புரிமை

தமிழியல் இணையதளத்தின் வடிவமைப்பு, அடையாளச் சின்னங்கள் மற்றும் இணையதளத்திற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட அசல் உள்ளடக்கங்களின் பதிப்புரிமை, தனிப்பட்ட அறிவியல் கட்டுரைகளின் பதிப்புரிமையிலிருந்து வேறுபட்டதாகும்.
